Being late
can negatively tell on you, as an employee, competitor or another. Often, it is
a cause of many unnecessary stress.
Here are
four tips to help you better count your time.
1. Find out
the little things that take up your time
First you
need to identify the little things that take up your time, distract or impair
concentration. For some, this e-mail, to other web surfing, social networking,
or even office gossip.
Sometimes
it is difficult to recognize, it is often the things that you like, and you can
not imagine a day without them. But we need to be more strict to yourself and
understand that just these little things they steal time and distance from the
goals.
2. How much
time do everyday tasks?
This may be
a preparation for an important meeting, interview or selection of shirts
morning before work. Many people underestimate how much can spend time on the
preparation and everyday tasks.
If you
learn how usually take such action, you can better manage your time. For
example, if the morning breakfast cooking or ironing time-consuming, it is
better to do it the night before. To prepare for the meeting or interview took
less time are kindly requested to prepare the necessary documents and not to
rummage in the papers at the last minute.
3. Learn to
say "No!"
How often
you are ready to begin to do something or go to a meeting, and you ask for help
or give a new job? Chances are, all too often. For you may contact family
members, friends or colleagues. You find it hard to refuse, but because of that
you can not get done or planned to be late. Although it is hard, but you need
to teach yourself to deny.
4. Do not
be afraid to arrive early
Sometimes
we do not like to do something in advance, and we try to plan your time so as
to make all exactly on time. But this method never works. Maybe you want to
come in for an interview exactly on time so as not to remain in an awkward
waiting and do not spend the time on my nerves. Or try to come to the station
to not stand with bags waiting for a train.
However,
you should try to arrive early. unforeseen circumstances, such as with
transport issues should always be considered. And to pass the time bring a
